Since its inception in 2019, the League of Fire (LOF) has established itself as the official global governing body of competitive chilli pepper eating – and yes, that’s now a certified extreme sport! Recognised by major international outlets like The Guardian, Hulu, and Disney+, the LOF has brought structure, excitement, and global recognition to a once-underground scene.
